For the Coating & Drizzle:

Make the filling – In a bowl, combine pistachio paste, coconut yoghurt, maple syrup, and ceremonial matcha until smooth.

Prepare molds – Coat egg molds with melted white chocolate, then pipe in the pistachio matcha filling. Seal with another layer of melted white chocolate.

Freeze – Place the molds in the freezer for 20 minutes until set.

Make the drizzle – Melt two small bowls of white chocolate. Mix Cacao Latte into one and Ceremonial Matcha into the other.
