Ingredients 🥚

  • 1 ½ cups pistachio paste

  • ¼ cup coconut yoghurt

  • 2 tsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp Green Origins Ceremonial Matcha

For the Coating & Drizzle:

  • White chocolate (enough to coat your molds + extra for drizzle)

  • 1 tsp Green Origins Cacao Latte

  • 1 tsp Green Origins Ceremonial Matcha


Instructions 🥚

  1. Make the filling – In a bowl, combine pistachio paste, coconut yoghurt, maple syrup, and ceremonial matcha until smooth.

  2. Prepare molds – Coat egg molds with melted white chocolate, then pipe in the pistachio matcha filling. Seal with another layer of melted white chocolate.

  3. Freeze – Place the molds in the freezer for 20 minutes until set.

  4. Make the drizzle – Melt two small bowls of white chocolate. Mix Cacao Latte into one and Ceremonial Matcha into the other.

  5. Decorate – Remove the eggs from the molds and drizzle with cacao latte chocolate and matcha chocolate for a beautiful finish.
